This notice describes the categories of information used to operate STK Trading VIP. It is a prelaunch notice; the owner must confirm the business identity, jurisdiction, support contact, and retention/deletion policy before public launch.
Information handled
Account information includes the email address and authentication data needed to sign in and recover an account. Membership records include provider subscription identifiers, payment verification state, and access dates; the application does not store payment-card details. If you link Discord, the service stores your Discord user identifier and uses OAuth credentials transiently to complete the link. If you submit payout evidence, the evidence and details you provide are stored for review; approved entry information may be visible to members as described in the rules. Operational and owner-action records may be used for security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting.
Purpose and service providers
Information is used to authenticate accounts, administer access and billing state, support account recovery, review optional submissions, protect the service, and respond to support requests. Supabase provides authentication and database/storage services. PayPal processes payment when applicable and provides subscription identifiers and transaction status. Discord handles Discord authorization. These services process data under their own terms and privacy notices.
Sharing and account security
Private account and payment-status data is not displayed publicly. Approved submission details may be shown to members only as described in the membership disclosures. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information in support requests or evidence. The service applies access controls, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Retention, access, and deletion
Information is retained only as needed for service operation, billing records, security, and legal obligations, subject to the owner’s final retention schedule. The exact schedule and request process have not been supplied and are shown below as requiring owner confirmation; no specific deletion period is promised. To request access, correction, evidence removal, or account deletion, contact the owner through the configured support address. Applicable rights depend on your location and relevant law.
Children and changes
The service is intended only for people 18 years of age or older. This notice may be updated before launch; material changes should be disclosed before they apply.

Data retention policy
STK Trading VIP retains customer account information, subscription records, payment transaction references, and Discord account identifiers only as long as necessary to provide membership services, fulfill legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. - **Account data:** Retained while the account is active and deleted or anonymized within 90 days of a verified deletion request, unless legally required otherwise. - **Payment records:** Retained for 7 years for tax, accounting, and compliance purposes, where applicable. - **Discord information:** Retained while the membership is active and deleted or anonymized within 90 days after account deletion, unless retention is legally required. - **Security logs:** Retained for up to 90 days unless needed for an active security investigation. - **Data security:** Access is restricted to authorized personnel, and sensitive payment credentials are processed by PayPal rather than stored directly by STK Trading VIP. Customers may request account deletion or information about their personal data through STK Trading VIP's official support channel.
