Owner-approved refund policy pending. No refund entitlement or exception is invented here. The owner must approve and publish a complete refund policy before live checkout or customer charges are enabled.
Current prelaunch status
Live checkout is disabled during launch preparation. No live customer charges are being accepted. A live payment environment may be configured, but checkout remains disabled pending owner launch approval.
Cancellation
For a live subscription after launch, cancellation stops future renewal charges. Membership and content access remain through the verified paid-through date shown in the account, then end automatically. Cancellation by itself does not refund a payment already made. A billing dispute, reversal, or provider action may have separate effects. Cancel through the member dashboard or PayPal account, and confirm the provider reports the subscription as canceled.
Refund requests
The owner has not supplied an approved refund policy or request procedure. Do not rely on this page as a promise of a refund. Any applicable legal rights remain governed by the law that applies to the transaction. Once the owner approves a policy, this page must be updated before live sales begin.

Data retention policy
STK Trading VIP retains customer account information, subscription records, payment transaction references, and Discord account identifiers only as long as necessary to provide membership services, fulfill legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. - **Account data:** Retained while the account is active and deleted or anonymized within 90 days of a verified deletion request, unless legally required otherwise. - **Payment records:** Retained for 7 years for tax, accounting, and compliance purposes, where applicable. - **Discord information:** Retained while the membership is active and deleted or anonymized within 90 days after account deletion, unless retention is legally required. - **Security logs:** Retained for up to 90 days unless needed for an active security investigation. - **Data security:** Access is restricted to authorized personnel, and sensitive payment credentials are processed by PayPal rather than stored directly by STK Trading VIP. Customers may request account deletion or information about their personal data through STK Trading VIP's official support channel.
