Service and eligibility
STK Trading VIP offers general trading education, analytical materials, and community access delivered through its private Discord channels. All VIP indicators, lessons, and resources are hosted in Discord, not a website library. This website handles registration, subscriptions, Discord linking, membership management, cancellation, and owner administration. A Discord account and membership in the STK server are required to use VIP content. The service is not a broker, investment adviser, or provider of individualized financial, legal, or tax advice. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, and keep your credentials secure. Use of the service is subject to applicable law and the community rules.
Price, billing, and cancellation
The stated membership price is $39.99 USD per month, recurring until canceled, with no stated trial or setup fee. This is not an invitation to purchase while live checkout is disabled. For a live subscription after launch, cancellation stops future renewals; verified access continues until the paid-through date, then ends. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Payment failure, reversal, or other provider action may affect access. The owner-approved refund policy is pending and must be published before live billing is enabled.

No strategy, indicator, earnings, payout, funding approval, or outcome is promised. You are responsible for your decisions and for following your broker’s and funding provider’s rules. Content and conduct
Materials are provided for your personal educational use. Do not copy or redistribute private materials, misuse other members’ information, impersonate others, or submit misleading performance claims. Access may be restricted for misuse; a restriction does not itself cancel any third-party subscription, so billing cancellation must be completed separately.

Data retention policy
STK Trading VIP retains customer account information, subscription records, payment transaction references, and Discord account identifiers only as long as necessary to provide membership services, fulfill legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. - **Account data:** Retained while the account is active and deleted or anonymized within 90 days of a verified deletion request, unless legally required otherwise. - **Payment records:** Retained for 7 years for tax, accounting, and compliance purposes, where applicable. - **Discord information:** Retained while the membership is active and deleted or anonymized within 90 days after account deletion, unless retention is legally required. - **Security logs:** Retained for up to 90 days unless needed for an active security investigation. - **Data security:** Access is restricted to authorized personnel, and sensitive payment credentials are processed by PayPal rather than stored directly by STK Trading VIP. Customers may request account deletion or information about their personal data through STK Trading VIP's official support channel.
